Warranty Information
Eyeglasses: All eyewear comes with a 1-year warranty against Manufacturer’s Defects, with exception to special value or closeout eyeglass or sunglass frames.
Trivex lenses: are the only lenses warrantied against cracking or chipping (i.e. rimless mounted eyewear).
Progressive Lenses: If the patient cannot adapt to progressive lenses, we will remake the lenses into a single vision or FT-28 bifocal at no
additional charge, however since we are making another set of lenses there will be no refunds for the difference between the progressive lenses
and the new lenses.
Prescription changes: Eyewear that requires a change due to a Drs. change in prescription will be remade at no charge as long as the new prescription is within 60 days of the original prescription and eyeglass order date.
Contact lenses: are non-returnable once the box is opened and or marked or damaged. We will do our best to replace any unused lenses with trial contact lenses.
Insurance Authorizations: Authorizations from your insurance company are not a guarantee of payment. Any balances due are the
responsibility of the patient or guardian.
Returns: Due to the custom nature of eyewear and or contact lenses, there are no cancellations or refunds once an order is placed. In the event
that an order must be cancelled we will issue an in-store credit for the amount paid minus any cost incurred in the manufacturing process.
